1. Return (round-trip) or group flights from your home country to Saudi Arabia.

2. Visa + Insurance

   Umrah visa is arranged. 
   Health or travel insurance is often included. 

3. Accommodation

   Hotels in Makkah and Madinah for the full duration (or a split stay). For example, a 15-day luxury package offers 9 nights in Makkah + 6 in Madinah. 
   Hotels might be very close to the Haram (walking distance) or have shuttle services.
   Room types vary (double, triple, quad, etc.). 

4. Local Transportation

   Transport from the airport to Makkah, from Makkah to Madinah, and to/from other spots. 
   Shuttle buses (AC / deluxe) to move between hotels and holy sites.

5. Meals / Food

   Depending on the package, meals may or may not be included. Some offer full board, others only breakfast, and some none.

6. Ziyarah / Sightseeing

   Guided tours (ziyarah) in both Makkah and Madinah to visit significant Islamic sites.
   Sometimes with a guide (language depends on the package). 

7. Umrah Guidance

   Some packages include a guide (Maulana) to help pilgrims perform Umrah correctly. 
   Orientation programs:
   Some operators run an Umrah orientation a few days before departure to explain rituals, logistics, and what to expect. 
8. Other Services
   24/7 customer support from the travel agency while on pilgrimage.
   Laundry facilities (in some packages).
   Umrah “kit” (sometimes includes prayer mats, straps, informational materials) in budget / group packages. 
   Zamzam water allowance (e.g., 5 liters per pilgrim) in some packages. 

9. Pre-Booking Requirements

   According to new visa rules, hotel and transport bookings must be confirmed in advance for visa approval.

Exactly how many nights in Makkah vs Madinah

Whether meals are included (and which ones)

Distance of hotels from the Haram / Masjid, or whether shuttle is provided

Type of transport (bus, private car) for ziyarah and transfers

Inclusion of guide / religious supervision

Insurance coverage details

Whether Zamzam water is part of the deal

Cancellation and refund policies

📌 Policies & Procedures

1. Booking & Payments

• A valid passport with minimum 6 months validity is required at the time of booking.

• 50% advance payment is required to confirm the reservation.

• Remaining balance must be cleared 7 days before departure.

• Bookings without advance payment will not be considered confirmed.

2. Visa & Documentation

• All required documents (passport, photos, CNIC copy) must be submitted at least 10 days before departure.

• Visa approval is subject to Saudi Embassy discretion; the company is not responsible for delays or rejections.

• Any additional charges due to visa delays will be borne by the passenger.

3. Travel & Accommodation

• 4 STAR Hotel rooms are provided.

• Check-in and check-out timings follow standard hotel policies.

• Transport in Saudi Arabia is provided as per the package itinerary.

• Any unused services (meals, transport, Ziyarat) are non-refundable.

4. Changes & Cancellations

• Cancellation after booking confirmation will result in non-refundable advance payment.

• Within 7 days of departure, 100% cancellation charges apply.

• Date changes are subject to availability and airline policies, with possible additional costs.

5. Airline Policies

• Airline baggage and seating rules apply as per the selected carrier.

• The company is not responsible for flight delays, rescheduling, or lost baggage.

6. Health, Safety & Conduct

• Guests are responsible for carrying personal medications and staying within group guidelines.

• The company is not responsible for personal injury, illness, or loss of belongings.

• All pilgrims must follow Saudi Arabia’s laws and regulations.

7. General Terms

• The company reserves the right to modify itinerary or services due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Complaints or issues should be reported immediately for timely resolution.

• By booking the package, the pilgrim agrees to all terms and conditions.
