 Booking & Payment

Booking is confirmed after passport copy + CNIC copy + advance payment.

Remaining payment must be cleared before ticket issuance (or as per agency deadline).

Rates may change if there is a currency fluctuation or airline fare change before confirmation.

Documents & Requirements

Passport must be valid as per Umrah rules (recommended 6+ months validity).

Customer is responsible for providing correct details (name, passport no., DOB).

Any penalty due to wrong details will be paid by customer.

Hotel Policy (Sharing)

Sharing means room is shared with other pilgrims (same gender).

Triple/quad sharing depends on availability and hotel allocation.

Early check-in / late check-out is subject to hotel policy and may be chargeable.

Shuttle Service

Shuttle service is provided by hotel, not private transport.

Shuttle timings, waiting time, and route are managed by hotel and can change.

In peak days, delays are possible due to rush/traffic.

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

After booking, cancellation charges apply as per airline + hotel rules.

Ticket once issued may be non-refundable or partially refundable depending on fare type.

Hotel cancellation/refund depends on hotel policy and season (often strict in peak dates).

No refund for no-show or unused services.

Visa & Immigration

Package is subject to Saudi immigration/visa approval (if applicable).

If travel is denied by immigration due to passenger reasons, no full refund is guaranteed (airline/hotel rules apply).

Any additional services not mentioned (meals, private transport, ziyarat tours, laundry, etc.) are not included unless added.
