📌 TOUR POLICIES & PROCEDURES.

1. Booking & Registration

• Passport must be valid for at least 8 months.

• Submit CNIC, passport copies, photographs, and required forms.

• Full payment or minimum 50% advance required to confirm booking.

• Registration is processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Visa & Documentation

• Visa approval is subject to Saudi Embassy rules.

• Any visa delay/rejection is not the operator’s responsibility.

• Additional medical or biometric requirements must be completed by the pilgrim.

3. Package Inclusions & Exclusions

• Inclusions (as per package): flights, accommodation, transport, meals, ziarat, and guidance.

• Exclusions: personal shopping, extra meals, laundry, medical treatment, excess baggage, etc.

4. Travel & Accommodation

• Room-sharing is assigned as per package (quad/triple/double).

• Any room upgrade will result in extra charges.

• Hotel check-in/out follows Saudi hotel policy.

5. Health & Safety

• Pilgrims must declare any medical condition.

• Carry personal medicines and follow group leader instructions.

6. Luggage & Airline Policies

• Only allowed baggage as per airline weight limits.

• Extra baggage fees are the pilgrim’s responsibility.

7. Refund & Cancellation

• Cancellation charges apply depending on the timeline.

• Visa issued = No refund of the visa fee.

• Airline and hotel charges will be deducted as per their policy.

• No refund for unused services.

8. Code of Conduct

• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and respect for group leaders.

• Follow Saudi laws strictly.

• Avoid arguments, crowd pushing, or separating from the group.

9. Responsibility Disclaimer

• The operator is not responsible for:

  • Flight delays or schedule changes

  • Loss of baggage or personal items

  • Natural events, political issues, or any situation beyond control

10. Acceptance of Terms

• Booking the package means the pilgrim agrees to all policies & procedures.
