Day 1 – Arrival & Local Skardu

Arrival in Skardu (via flight or by road from Lahore/Islamabad/Chilas).
Hotel check-in and refresh.
Visit Skardu Bazaar & local handicraft shops.
Evening at Skardu River bank or Katpana Desert (Cold Desert) for sunset views.

Day 2 – Shigar Valley & Fort

Early breakfast.
Drive to Shigar Valley (approx. 1 hr).
Explore Shigar Fort (Serena Hotel) & its museum.
Visit Amburiq Mosque (one of the oldest in Baltistan).
Enjoy riverside lunch.
Evening back to Skardu or optional stay at Shigar.

Day 3 – Khaplu Valley

Drive to Khaplu (2.5–3 hrs).
Visit Khaplu Palace & Museum.
Short trek to Khanqah-e-Muallah and Thoqsi Khar viewpoints.
Stroll along the Shyok River for photography.
Return to Skardu for night stay.

Day 4 – Shangrila & Upper Kachura Lake

Breakfast at hotel.
Visit Shangrila Resort & Lower Kachura Lake.
Short hike/boat ride at Upper Kachura Lake.
Optional visit to Soq Valley (new picnic spot nearby).
Dinner & night stay in Skardu.

Day 5 – Deosai National Park (Full Day)

Early morning departure to Deosai Plains (approx. 2 hrs).
Visit Sheosar Lake & Bara Pani stream.
Picnic in the vast plains; spot Himalayan brown bears or marmots.
Return to Skardu by evening.

Day 6 – Sadpara Lake & Departure

Early breakfast.
Visit Sadpara Lake and Manthal Buddha Rock.
Last-minute shopping at Skardu Bazaar.
Check-out and depart for flight/road journey back.

Tips

Keep buffer time for weather delays (especially flights).
Carry warm layers even in summer; Deosai can be chilly.
Hire a 4×4 for Deosai for smoother travel.
If you have more time, add Basho Valley or Katpana Lake as side trips.

48 hours before tour: 50% refund.
Less than 24 hours/no-show: no refund.
Tour may be rescheduled in case of bad weather or unforeseen conditions.
