1. Booking & Payment

• Seats are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• Full payment or at least 50% advance required to confirm booking.

• Balance to be paid before departure.

2. Cancellation & Refund

• 72+ hours before tour: 80% refund.

• 48 hours before tour: 50% refund.

• Less than 24 hours/no-show: no refund.

• Tour may be rescheduled in case of bad weather or unforeseen conditions.
