The remaining balance must be paid 10 days prior to departure.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Any special requests (room preferences, meals, etc.) should be mentioned at the time of booking.
30 days before departure: 100% refund (minus service charges)
15–29 days before departure: 50% refund
Less than 15 days before departure: No refund
In case of visa rejection, only the visa fee and administrative charges will be deducted.
Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) is required.
