Day 1 – Departure & Arrival
Depart early from Lahore/Islamabad/Abbottabad/Mansehra.
Drive via Balakot to Kiwai (tea break at Kiwai Waterfall cafés).
Mid-day
Transfer to a Jeep at Kiwai & ascend to Shogran (7,749 ft).
Check-in at hotel/guesthouse (Pine Park, Arcadian, or local options).
Afternoon
Lunch at hotel/local restaurant.
Explore Shogran meadows & pine forests.
Short hike to Siri Lake (via Jeep or hike).
Evening
Visit Paya Meadows for sunset views of Makra Peak & Malika Parbat.
Return to Shogran; enjoy bonfire or barbecue at hotel.
Overnight stay in Shogran.
Day 2 – Excursions & Return
Morning
Breakfast with view of the valley.
Jeep excursion to Paya Meadows if you missed it on Day 1.
